	Issue 16, scheduled for an August 27, 2003 release, promises to explore the character and motivations of Anna Hark, who's determined to carry out her father's dream of enhancing humanity's existence through technology - no matter who stands in her way. The story begins with The Four momentarily in disarray (following their Issue 15 setback), and Elijah Snow initiating the second part of his comeback plan; to hunt down and discover the truth about Anna Hark, daughter of the criminal genius of the Thirties, who died in the Adirondacks with the rest of Axel Brass' associates. 	The game's afoot. Elijah Snow is building his own conspiracy to bring down the Four, and he's targetting William Leather first. But what does his plan, which entangles Anna Hark and John Stone, have to do with the first moonshot... in 1851? The script excerpt on the Summary page mentions an orbit that's around 150 years old. Could this tie back to the 1865 moon shot that was mentioned in the initial preview for Issue 13...? Targeted for late December 2003.
